With 14 years in the tech industry and ~10 years dedicated to design, I’ve built a deep understanding of the design process, leadership, and the role of communication in product success. I've driven design outcomes at leading companies, including developer onboarding at ApolloGraphQL, custom permissions for enterprise clients at Lever, and internal data portals at Twilio.

Last fall, I released the Product Designer's Interview Playbook, reaching an audience of over 600k designers across the globe. I’m deeply passionate about fostering a sense of community within design and supporting those on their journey. I actively mentor on ADPList, support LGBTQ+ youth through OutInTech, and lead community initiatives for SUX (Sustainable UX Network), reflecting my commitment to sustainability in design.
